We are proud to offer the 50 South Sixth Experience Program to our tenants. Heather Paciotti, our Tenant Experience Coordinator, actively plans weekly and monthly events. In addition to our Experience Program, 50 South Sixth offers the @9 Lounge, Conference and Fitness Center, all located on the 9th floor, offering tenants a world-class experience. Whether you need space for an intimate group or a group of 70 people, the @9 Lounge and Conference Center offers the perfect space to gather and stay connected.
@9 Social Lounge & Patio
Our tenant lounge offers a place to hold an impromptu meeting or a relaxing environment to eat lunch or take a mid-day break. We also offer a spacious outdoor patio, surrounded by potted grasses and a green roof, creating a uniquely soft yet urban space with outstanding center city views.
@9 Conference Center
Offering an on-site conferencing facility, you have the ability to have your meetings out of the office, while still on-site. The conference facilities include a Training Room, Board Room, a Small Meeting Room, a kitchen and event space and wellness room.
@9 Fitness Center
A state-of-the-art fitness center with fitness studio, locker rooms and Wellbeats technology, allowing tenants to view and join pre-recorded classes with virtual instructors.
Transwestern offices in Suite 950, at the entrance of @9 Amenities, to further raise the level of service, while providing tenants easy access to the Management Team.
