Fifty South Sixth is a 29-story, 698,606-square-foot Class A office tower located in the heart of the downtown Minneapolis Central Business District. It was designed to maximize the tenant view corridors by constructing the parking garage levels above grade. The above grade parking levels are fully enclosed with the same curtainwall materials as the office floors to produce a Class A building exterior for the entire structure.
